During our stay to explore the local attractions nearby, we found the central location of the hotel very convenient. Despite the noise from the surroundings, the clean bathroom and nice shower were pleasant surprises. The outdoor cafe also provided a lovely spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. If you can overlook the noise, it's a decent choice for a short stay.

I keep coming back for Easter at this perfect place. They had helped me with a phone charger. It has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Lounge, Restaurant, Laundry, Flat-screen TV. No pets or smoking, which suits me.

The staff is extremely helpful and patient, especially for inexperienced European travelers like us. The view from the room overlooking the lively square is fantastic. The size of the room is great, and the ability to store luggage is a bonus. we would definitely stay here again.

In the heart of Madrid, nested in a pedestrian street, this hotel's location is truly a game-changer. Staying here felt like being at the center of a grand, lively circus, complete with acrobats and musicians. Speaking of a lively spectacle, the large terrace with excellent views of the city could easily rival the Plaza Mayor for entertainment.

Difficult to access and park.

The staff at the 24-hour reception were so helpful, they practically planned my entire trip for me. And the Bonetti Luchetti family gave me the warmest welcome ever.

Oh, I just loved it when my key card to enter the room didn't work. Such a delightful surprise.

You can step out of the hotel and within a minute be surrounded by street performers, vendors, and the vibrant atmosphere of the city center. The convenience of being able to walk everywhere and having a metro station nearby is definitely a huge plus for exploring the city.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic with nothing major that could be improved.
